H.E. Zakki NusseibhUnited Arab Emirates

Personal interpreter and advisor for the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, H.E. Zakki is also a long-time patron of the arts. He began his career as a journalist, editor and broadcaster, before becoming the Director of Information for Abu Dhabi and later the UAE Government. Fluent in seven languages, H.E. Nusseibh went on to become Advisor to the Presidential Court (now known as the Misintry of Presidential Affairs), and he is still active in this capacity today. In 2012, H.E was granted the Arab-European Culture Prize of the European Cultural Foundation based in Basel, and the International Prize for Tolerance and Dialogue of Civilizations of the International Academy of Sciences and Arts based in Salzburg.
